When perusing real estate listings, it's not too often you come across a home so bright and cheery! My turquoise-loving reader Nancy shared this Ocean View, Delaware gem with me; 25 Sycamore St. is a Bear Trap Dunes home for sale that's filled with vibrant color and tons of coastal character! You can tell from the pics the homeowner had a blast decorating, and is quite possibly a DIY enthusiast! Love all of the painted and upcycled pieces! The striped wall in the sunroom is super fun too. Possibly the best feature of the home though is the community shuttle right to the beach! Check out the listing and see more pics here!

Ahhh! Is this not one of the prettiest offices ever?! It belongs to Katelyn James, a Virginia-based wedding photographer who is just as obsessed with turquoisey hues as I am! This space might seem a little familiar to long-time readers as we toured the office in her previous home and it definitely has the same vibe–and pretty paint color: Sherwin Williams “Waterscape”! I love the architectural details in this room so much, and the breezy curtains that she added later! She had that same Pottery Barn corner desk in her last office too, which I loved so much I ended up buying for myself! What I'd love to have now though?? Those french doors! Great Paint Colors Office

What do you get when you combine incredible New England-inspired architecture with the sugar-white sand and turquoise water of 30A?? WaterSound! We drove past the private beach community when we were in Florida last month and it looked amazing. There were all sorts of dreamy homes, just like this one designed by Paul Geary of T.S. Adams Design Studio! The warm rustic touches paired with the crisp white and pops of sea-inspired color completely stole my heart! Did you notice the Viking appliances?! I don't think they even offer that color finish any more...so sad! The open family room/kitchen is as good as it gets, but I wouldn't mind a little R&R in that master suite...love the ceilings so much! Known for her “color and pattern explosions”, Austin designer and self-proclaimed blue addict Kim West of Well Dressed Space loves using her 1920s Craftsman home as a testing ground! I think my favorite thing in the whole house is the the retro-inspired Big Chill fridge, but I'm super inspired by all of her fabulous vintage finds! (Those turquoise metal chairs especially!)
